What Have You Got?

24 June 2011

Image of a microphone (credit - Byron Hardy)Open mic events are fantastic opportunities for aspiring musicians and anyone else who wants to experience the thrill of performing live on stage in front of a real life audience.

This festival we will be hosting several open mic events – so get yourself downtown and show Duncan what you’ve got.

If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don’t hoard it. Don’t dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.
Brendan Francis Behan

Quite apart from anything else, it’s quite simply great fun.

So whether you want to get up on stage or you just want to come down and do some talent spotting our open mic events will be a blast!

When are they happening?
